All work is food safe and microwave / dishwasher safe, although hand washing is recommended.

S H I P P I N G
All packages typically ship within 3-7 days via USPS.
Shipping cots are estimated by weight (not distance). If I notice you have overpaid for shipping, I will refund the difference.
I do my best to pack everything as safely and securely as possible, using as much upcycled & recyclable packaging as I can,
but if something does arrive damaged, send me an email with photos and we will work out a refund or exchange.
Currently only shipping within the US, but if you live internationally, send me an email at and we can try to work something out.
L O C A L P I C K U P
If you are local to Western North Carolina, you can pickup your pieces at my home studio in Burnsville.
Choose LOCAL PICKUP as a free shipping option at checkout, and then
send me an email at helloalexandrabarao@gmail.com to arrange a date & time.
This helps reduce waste from shipping materials & is a nice way to say hi in person :)
